The Open Treatment Registry is a cellular medicine outcomes and complications database that is tracked and updated by an independent third party.

The purpose of the Open Treatment Registry is to provide a central database of patient reported outcomes and complications to protect patient safety. By providing professional follow up for 20 years after the procedure, the ICMS maintains a long term relationship with both the patient and the clinic to assure that any adverse events are adjudicated and remedied. Additionally, though the independent collection and evaluation of patient data, the ICMS provides unbiased reporting on the outcomes and complications from stem cell therapies.  

The Open Treatment Registry is open to clinics that have either not completed the accreditation process, or who are providing treatments that fall outside of the best practice guidelines of the ICMS.  The ICMS believes that it is critical
